Departure at dawn from your hotel on the coast. You enter the park in the morning for your first game drive: elephants red with Tsavo dust, giraffes, zebras and, with a little luck, the lions of Tsavo. Lunch, then an afternoon on safari until sunset, and check-in at the lodge inside the park.
An early start: dawn is when the savannah comes alive. Morning game drive, breakfast and one last loop through the park before lunch. Back to the coast in the afternoon, with a full camera roll and the urge to come back.
The waters of Watamu in a single day: snorkeling in the Marine Park, the mangroves of Mida Creek, and a gourmet lobster lunch on Sudi Island.
