Before you leave
While the trip is still an idea on the table and the questions pile up.
Visa assistance (eTA)
We guide you through Kenya's electronic travel authorisation: official links, the documents you need and support if anything gets stuck.
Internet connection (eSIM)
We tell you which eSIM to activate before departure, so you arrive with working internet instead of hunting for a shop. If something goes wrong, Abdull sorts it out on the ground.

The moment you land
The first hours in Kenya, the ones where it's easiest to feel lost.
Private transfers
We meet you on arrival and drive you in comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles, at any hour. Abdull drives, or someone from his team - never a random driver.
Included: transfers within the safari, between the airport and the safari, and from your accommodation in Watamu or Malindi. Any other journey - including the airport run if your safari ended days earlier - we still arrange, at a price agreed beforehand.
Currency exchange
We help you change euros and dollars into Kenyan shillings: where possible we change them ourselves, otherwise we take you to a bank or a licensed exchange office. The service is free.

From the first day to the last, you are never left on your own.
On-the-ground support
In Kenya you have Abdull's number for a question, a hiccup or a change of plan. If something goes beyond that, Alessio steps in from Italy: it has never been needed so far, but it's there.
Transport on request
Fancy dinner in Malindi, a trip along the coast, or a place you read about? Abdull arranges transport with someone he trusts, instead of leaving you to haggle in the street.
An extra service, not part of the safari: the price is agreed before you set off, never once the journey is over.
Help if something goes wrong
Feeling unwell, a lost document, a problem with your hotel: Abdull takes you where you need to go - clinic, reception, office - and translates in Swahili. He won't replace a doctor, but nobody leaves you to explain yourself alone.
Reminders before every departure
A few days before your safari, and the day before each excursion, you get an email with the time, the pickup point and what to put in your bag. No surprises on the morning itself.
