1. Who we are and what we do
The Abdull Safari Kenya website is run by Olimpo Code, VAT no. 04601160981, registered office at Paratico, Brescia, email info@abdullsafarikenya.com ("the Website Operator"). The website presents safaris and excursions in Kenya, collects quote requests and manages bookings.
The travel services (safaris, excursions, transfers) are organised and provided exclusively by the local tour operator Abdi Shee Bakari - Abdull Safari Kenya, TRA tourism licence no. KCW801H ("the Tour Operator"), who holds their own licence and the insurance cover required by Kenyan law. The travel contract is concluded between the customer and the Tour Operator.
The Website Operator acts as collection agent for the Tour Operator: it collects the deposit in the name and on behalf of the Tour Operator and is not a party to the travel contract.
2. Quotes
- Quotes requested through the configurator are free and non-binding.
- Price estimates shown instantly on the website for listed safaris are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer: the final price is the one stated in the written quote.
- For tailor-made requests, the quote is normally sent within 48 hours.
3. Bookings, deposit and balance
- Safaris: once you accept the quote, you receive a personal payment link. The booking is confirmed by paying the deposit stated in the quote, online by card through Stripe. The link is valid for a limited time, stated in the email: if it expires unpaid, the booking lapses.
- Excursions: booking through the website is completed by paying the deposit online; the balance is paid in cash on site on the day of the excursion.
- The deposit is collected by Olimpo Code in the name and
on behalf of Abdi Shee Bakari - Abdull Safari Kenya. It appears on your card
statement as
OLIMPO CODE*ASK. - The quote and the payment page always show separately: trip price, deposit payable now, any online payment fee and the balance payable in cash on site. The online payment fee is never part of the trip price.
- The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel, you do not owe the balance. If we cancel, the deposit is refunded in full. Full conditions are in the Deposit and cancellation policy.
4. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and refund conditions are described in the Deposit and cancellation policy.
5. Documents, health and entry requirements
The customer is responsible for the validity of their travel documents (passport, Kenya visa/ETA), any required vaccinations and their physical fitness for the booked activities. Information provided on the website is for guidance only and does not replace official sources.
6. Liability and insurance
Services are provided by the Tour Operator with their own vehicles, guides and insurance cover (public liability, PSV for vehicles, boats where applicable). If the Tour Operator relies on third parties to deliver a service, they remain solely liable towards the customer and guarantee that those third parties hold valid licences and insurance. The Website Operator is not liable for the performance of the services: it presents the offer, collects the deposit on behalf of the Tour Operator and correctly forwards requests and communications.
Customers are strongly advised to take out personal travel insurance (medical/baggage and cancellation).
7. Minors
Minors take part under the responsibility of the accompanying adults. The exact ages of children requested in the forms are used to correctly calculate applicable prices and conditions.
8. Governing law
These website terms, the relationship with the Website Operator and the collection of the deposit are governed by Italian law, with jurisdiction at the consumer's place of residence where the law so provides. The travel contract concluded with the Tour Operator is governed by the law of the place where the service is performed (Kenya), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the customer's country of residence.
