The itinerary, day by day
The private Taita Hills sanctuary
Dawn departure from the coast towards the private Taita Hills sanctuary. Morning and afternoon game drives in an intimate setting, where you can count the jeeps on one hand. In the evening, from the lodge, you watch the floodlit waterhole: elephants and buffalos come to drink a few metres away.
The immensity of Tsavo East
One last loop in the Taita Hills, then transfer to Tsavo East, one of Kenya's largest parks. An afternoon of game drives among the red-dust elephants and the great sweeps of savannah. Second night at the lodge inside the park.
Sunrise in Tsavo and return
Sunrise game drive, the moment the savannah comes alive. Breakfast, one last loop through the park and return to the coast in the afternoon.
